In a word - OUTSTANDING! We simply could not be more pleased with the job Darrell did. He was fantastic from start to finish. He took the time to discuss pros and cons about the different water heater systems we were considering in order to help us make the best decision as to which type to install. On the job date, he arrived on time (earlier, actually) and took great care to make sure that he didn't track snow etc into the house. In point of fact, Darrell even swept up behind the old water heater before he installed the new one! We are 100% satisfied with Darrell and the jobs he did.

I had a main water shut off valve break in the middle of the night. The city turned off the water and I called Crock's Plumbing around 8:00 AM. Darrell was able to work me into his morning schedule and said he would be here between 10:00 and 11:00, he called when he was on his way and showed up a just before 10:00. He was very professional ad had the repair done quickly and very neat. When he was done repairing the valve he turned the water on outside without issue. I would definitely recommend Crock's Plumbing and will use them again for future plumbing needs.
