Sam showed up for the estimate when he said he would and shared lots of information about finishes and advice on patching the floor. He told us what materials we would need and where to get them. Sam was willing to be flexible on the start date to accomodate other work that we were having done. He kept us informed when something came up and that he was going to be a little later than he had planned. Once the job was started, he worked on it every day and finished when he said he would. Sam was meticulous with surface preparation, finish application, and clean up. I am very pleased with the results.

FLOORS WERE SANDED BEAUTIFULLY AND ALMOST NO DUST. SUPERB JOB OF APPLYING FOUR COATS OF FINISH. HE WAS PUNCTUAL AND DID ALL HE SAID HE WOULD. GAVE ADVICE AS TO CARE. HE SAID AND REFERENCES CONFIRMED THAT THE FINISH WILL LAST FOR YEARS. HIS WORK WAS OUTSTANDING.
