Snow Removal
Our contract with this provider began in October 2010. From the very first snowfall, the service was abysmal. They did not come when they said they would, and the services performed were absolutely unacceptable. During the two heavy snowfalls over the last months, they were as much as 36 hours late, causing many of the residents to not be able to get out to go to work. Telephone calls to the office manager, project manager, and owner went to voicemail most of the time. They demanded payment in advance. We definitely did not get the services we were promised. We are in the process of cancelling our contract, and would NOT recommend this company to anyone!
