During a big storm in the summer of 2007, a tree branch fell on the power lines going to our house, which bent the electrical mast connecting our house to the power lines. Due to the widespread storm damage in the area, electricians were quite busy and finding one with an opening was challenging. Joe, the owner of Chapa Electric, was able to schedule us quickly and was frequently in communication throughout the process. Unfortunately, the technician who came didn't have the supplies needed to complete the job, so it took several additional hours before he was able to finish. This was frustrating, but was remedied when Joe came with the supplies, and to inspect the job. In the end, the only thing that we were disappointed with was the price. We were quoted a range of $500-$600. The final total was slightly higher due to permit fees. It wasn't made clear up front that the estimate didn't include these additional fees.
Description of Work: Replaced electrical mast on outside of the house after it was damaged in a storm.
