I like the look and function of shower & lavatory fixtures and accessories. You can find them at Dorfman Plumbing, or buy off the internet at www.buydanze.com for almost cost. The technical support line (888-328-2383)is very helpful. And if you buy something and are having trouble with it, they send replacement parts free. (you have bought recently.) The flow restrictor in the handheld shower head made our pipes hum. We eventually had to take the restrictor out after Danze sent another shower head. This same shower head fizzes at the hose connector, but can't tell if a problem with Danze, or if installed improperly. Can't get it off since the installer siliconed the threads shut. The Danze rep said he would order a new part for me, for when I wanted to check it out. But it never came. I called him. He said he would find out what happened, but never called back. Other than this, I am well pleased with the product and service.
