General Remodeling
WE GOT A TOTAL OF 5 BIDS BEFORE WE SELECTED THIS CONTRACTOR. WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH HIS THOROUGH PRESENTATION OF WORK TO BE DONE, PRODUCTS TO BE USED, AND THOROUGHNESS OF CONTRACT. WE WORKED TOGETHER ON MANY DESIGN LAYOUT PLANS FOR THE PORCH AND DECK. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT. HIS SUB FOR THE STAINING AND PAINTING WAS ALSO EXCELLENT. THE PRICES WERE COMPETITIVE. THEY DID SEVERAL MISC. ITEMS FOR US WITH A MINIMAL CHARGE, E.G. INSTALL A STORM DOOR, LOCKS, ETC. THE OWNER (MIKE) DID HAVE A FEW PROBLEMS REGARDING THE PUNCTUALITY OF HIS CARPENTER AS HE HAD OTHER JOBS GOING AT THE SAME TIME. THERE WERE A FEW BUMPS ALONG THE ROAD , BUT THEY WERE PROMPTLY TAKEN CARE OF, AS PROMISED. I WOULD RECOMMEND AND HIRE MIKE HITCHCOCK AGAIN.
