Everything went very well. Rob and Jesse were friendly and detail oriented. Jesse did the majority of the work with Rob taking care of the finishing touches. Jesse was very accommodating to any request I had and if he had ideas would run them past me to see what I thought. He is as good as they get. Rob has an eye for detail and made this as easy as possible with such a large job. Very accommodating and decent turnaround. A couple of things that I would call out is that we went with a baseboard that that has been bowing. I know nothing about these things so I wish I would have been informed that this was a possibility as I would have went a different direction. Rob did come out and attempt to fix the issue but the same issue happened within a couple months. I also had a leak in a back room that they made 98% better but not 100%. He did tell me that without doing a HUGE job that this was possible but I was informed after that if we replaced the back door it would probably take care of the issue. Another thing I wish I would have known when they were doing the work as I probably would have had them take care of it. The price quote I got for that job was pretty intense so we will go a different direction with the service. Lastly, this is not something that Rob and Jesse took care of but the electrician (Sam) that they work with did a ton of electrical work and everything has worked great besides for one of the lights that they did not fix hasn't worked since the work was done and the other one in the same room is very touchy. I did contact Rob about this and he gave me the electricians information but I didn't have any contact with the electrician while the work was getting done, Rob took care of that completely, so I didn't feel comfortable contacting them and didn't want to get charged having him come out to fix the issue. I just wish Rob would have taken care of getting it scheduled as he did with the job. These are fairly minor details with as huge as the job was and the great work in general that was provided. I would hire this team 100 times over again!

We chose Rob over other contractors that we talked to because he was the only one that investigated why our bathroom was so cold to begin with. The other guys wanted to just put a heated floor in there as a secondary heat source and be done with it. Rob consulted with a couple of different HVAC guys, added a fan to the duct coming off the furnace, and now we have a warmer lower level overall. We got the heated floor too, but just as a luxury. It's warm enough in there now without it.
I was most impressed with how conscientious Rob and his team were about not ruining the rest of our house. Jesse vacuumed the carpet every night before they left and I never had to clean up after them.
Overall, everything turned out great. Our bathroom is really nice and we'll definitely hire Rob and his team again.

After speaking with a couple Remodelers and obtaining bids we chose Rob Bialon. We were moving into a 16 year old townhome and had some vague ideas of changes we wished to make. Rob quickly grasped the concept we were going for and made very insightful recommendations and gave us some direction on how to get the most out of our remodeling budget. He also provided a fairly detailed estimate and reviewed it with us before we agreed to have any work done. The project came in on budget with the exception of changes and additions we made during the process. And with each change we requested, Rob initially provided a verbal estimate to help maintain our timelines and later a written addendum to the original estimate.
This was not a large job but Rob treated it as though it was and kept us informed of what was being done every step of the way. He worked quickly, professionally and very neatly. The work area was cleaned up every evening and Rob was always available to answer questions or provide guidance on items we were looking to purchase as part of the remodeling project. His guidance and recommendations were excellent and the items in which we did not take his advice we later wished we had. We are thrilled with the results and our only regret is that we couldn't expand our budget to complete other aspects of the remodel.
Although we did not know Rob prior to hiring him for this project we felt that he was, and is, a and quot;good guy.and quot; And while that may seem like an irrelevant comment, it was an important aspect to us knowing that Rob and his crew would be spending long periods of time in our home while we were away.
We highly recommend Rob and his team and will be contacting him for another project later this year.

They were totally professional and thorough in their craftsmanship/workmanship. Although the owner (Rob Bialon) did not do all the work, he checked in daily to make sure that things were going well and were up to his standards. He has a good eye for design and that helped immensely in insuring that the work was top notch.
I have know Rob Bialon for over 20 years. He was hired to paint the exterior of our townhouses on 3 separate occasions. Again, his work and work crew were professional and did an outstanding job.

Rob is the best at what he does. He is very professional and a perfectionist. From plan to completion, he worked with us to ensure that we were satisfied. The bathroom re-model (re-build actually) was very extensive with taking out bathtub, building shower, re-doing walls, putting in tiles, laying a granite top sink, re-doing cupboards, installing new plumbing and electrical, adding a new glass block window and laying a new heated tile floor. He shopped with us and advised us on price, quality and comparisons. We couldn't be happier with the result. Family and friends are in awe at the result and guests love to use it. Upon completion of the bathroom re-model, he replaced all of the doors and baseboards throughout the house giving it a fresh and updated look. Once again, we were pleased with the result.

.Rob has painted the exterior of our home twice. He is by far the best painter we have worked with over the years. He always cleans up at day's end and always aims to please while being very professional and accomodating. He also helped us select new shutters and painted and hung them.
We are pleased to give Robb the highest of recommendations.

Rob and Jessie did most of the work themselves. They were very professional. We were given a quote and Rob helped us with options to work with our budget. At the end of each day they cleanded up so we were able to use our kitchen. Our kitchen turned out beautiful -- the quality of the work done is fantastic!

Problem free remodeling! Rob and crew were professional, reliable, knowledgeable and kept us completely informed throughout the process. There were no surprises regarding expense beyond the initial estimate as Rob supplied us with "add-on" paperwork along the way if we modified plans that created additional expense. Rob was helpful in picking out product and making referrals to retailers. His crew was careful to minimize inconvenience for us. Rob had creative ideas; when combined with our ideas, we ended up with a remodel with which we are completely satisfied. We would highly recommend Bialon Custom Builders and Remodelers!

He was rude always right and argued about how right he was. We have tried many times to resolve the issues. He was very insulting. Said we were the worst customers he has ever dealt with.


He will not finish the job. Not honest at all. Rude He could please us by finishing the job.

Rob exceeded my expectations at nearly every stage. It is a large but relatively simple deck but it looks luxurious. More importantly I know it's going to last and it will require very little maintenance. I knew the day I met him, as he talked about the details mentioned above and especially his choice of Sikkens (an expensive but beautiful and long lasting product I had previous experience with) that it would be a quality product, but it even exceeded that expectation. We had a tight window of just a week to get the structure shored up and the decking on, but he moved some things around to focus on our project and had it done in time.

Though I know Rob's professionalism and attention to detail would carry through to any interior job, his knowledge and experience with finishing and finshing materials really sets him apart on projects like my deck; most contractors wouldn't even mention that part of the job. Rob may not ever be the low bid but if you take in to consideration long-term maintenance and material replacement, he may very well be the lowest cost over time. Add to that all the attention to detail and you know you're job isn't just going be done ritght and last, but it will look beautiful as well.

Prompt reply to inquiry. Provided estimate, and work done for that price. Explained entire process, and also pointed out related water problems in the back yard that may need to be addressed in the future. Very personable and knowledgeable.

They were wonderful. They were very professional, on time and they did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

Bob literally kept our house from falling down when no other contractor could figure out how to fix the structural problems. Also landscaped our yard. Has done extensive new building. Has stripped wallpaper and painted interior and exterior. SIMPLY THE BEST. A+ on all counts.

Rob is excellent at painting, staining, and enameling. Carpentry - attention to detail. Fair on price. I have worked with him on new construction and existing homes plus my own home since 1994. He is the best!
