Joe's tile work is very good but he never follows through; I gave him a punch list of items to finish and he has never returned even though I have called him twice and he says he'll get back to me the next day and he doesn't. He has to be constantly watched; he ruined my garage door by placing his electric cord to do his saw and bent door;said garage outlet didn't work; when he had the saw in my front hallway; he never cleaned up after it; he tracked dirt and water on my bamboo floor then tried to clean it up with his dirty wet grouting sponge; I found his mortar in my trash can and told him he couldn't put it there; I then found it under my bush in the driveway; he must have thrown something poisonous on my neighbors lawn; I had the grab bars positioned where they needed to be; he disregarded and then lied said they were there before; I know because I was in the tub and the original grab bar was above my head. He cut out two holes for the control panel and one remains open.
