My 17-year-old garage door opener stopped working on a Friday afternoon. I called All Seasons Garage Door Company on a Monday morning, first asking what types of garage door openers they carried. They gave me the installed price and then I did some research on the internet. I called back, requesting the LiftMaster chain model 3265 and they put me on the calendar for Tuesday. They called early on Tuesday morning with a time window 8-10am. At this time I verified the chain model number I was purchasing - it was good to have verified this, because the order said I wanted the belt model. No big deal, he made the change.
Doug arrived at 9am and first removed the old non-functioning garage door opener. After this, he installed the new garage door opener, which he provided. They also tuned and lubed the garage door. He explained operation of the multi-function door control and assisted me with setting up security code for the wireless keyless entry.
All of this work was completed in 1.5 hours. He hauled away the old opener and all packaging of the new opener, and he carefully swept the floor to pickup staples/nails.
I was very happy with the experience. I have used them in the past, and I will use them again. I've also recommended them to a neighbor, who also had a good experience.
