Used a deal for this - 3 room for $99. Easy to schedule appt., company was on time. We had all the furniture moved ahead of time. Cleaning did not take very long and the carpets were much improved. Not perfect but we knew they wouldn't be since we have some long set pet stains to deal with. It looked much better and was easier than renting a carpet cleaner and doing it ourselves which we have also done many times.

They cleaned one room of carpet and cleaned a sofa and love seat. I also bought some cleaning product from them. They did a great job. They were very professional, knowledgeable, had good attitudes and well dressed.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I couldn't tell a whole lot of difference. My daughter was the one that was home and I guess that everything went well. I spent additional because I bought a can of cleaner and a couple of other things. They were very responsive.

It went well and scheduling also went well. The cleaning was as expected.   I would have preferred to have been able to negotiate the price.

Sorry I don't remember the dates, or the cost of service.  It's been a long time.

They hosted us and our cat for a month while we were looking for a house. AAA Chem Dry stated they would move furniture as part of the service but they did not. I would not have expected that service other than they stated it would be provided.

I used them back in 2011. I used them for upholstery cleaning. They did 2 chairs and an abdomen. I had some stains that I needed them to get out, but they were not able to get them out. They went over everything and told me to let them dry and then they left. They chairs looked exactly the same when I put them back together.

AAA Chem Dry is our first and only call when we need our carpets cleaned.  Beyond the carpet and home healthy products and quick drying time, Tom is thorough, prompt and provides high quality service every time.  We've trusted our home to Chem-Dry for 13 years.

It went not as well. They didn't come on time. They came early so they only did parts of every room because they didn't have furniture removed yet. It took forever to dry, it took like a whole day. The cleaning was alright, they charged a little money to do what I wanted.

showed up as scheduled but I didn't think he paid any special attention to spots or did a very good job on the stairs. I have had better carpet cleaners.

I had them clean the living room, dining room, stairway and the upper hall. There were a couple of areas that had some bad stains and they worked very hard to get them out. They did what I paid for. It was okay. I think that it was a good price for the work that they did. I would say that they did a good job. I have an off-white carpet. They came out when they were scheduled and I do not recall any problems. I do not know if I would use them again.

The price was low. The workers were cordial and efficient. They noted some spots on the floor, one which was particularly troublesome. We didn't ask them to clean it but he demonstrated his cleaning products on it and it was quite successful. It didn't entirely remove the stain but it worked better than anything else we had tried. That was something extra that he did that he didn't have to.

They arrived promptly and got to work right away.  The process went very well and very quickly.  They cleaned both the upstairs and downstairs of my home (~1,000 square feet) in under an hour.  He spot treated my basement for pet stains which worked extremely well.

When they first did the cleaning and it was wet, it looked fine. He kind of pushed me into doing a review immediately. And it did look nice when it was wet, but I will not use the again.They didn't have a lot to do, I don't have dog problems and there were no spills or anything, it was just soiled and needed a cleaning. There were two fellows who came out and they were friendly enough but it didn't turn out to be what I expected. It was nothing to write home about.

They made an appointment then called again to reschedule, which was ok with me because I had the whole week off from work. He was very polite and stated he could get the whole carpet clean plus remove the stains with special treatment. I had a traffic area that didn't get very clean. He said just before he left that the fibers were worn and couldn't get clean. That could be why, but in the estimate he said that he could get it clean. 2 of the 4 stains came clean. He told me that the solution he put on those 2 stains that didn't get clean would make the spots disappear after about 24 hours, but after that those 2 stains were still noticeable . The juice and dirt stains came clean but a coffee stain and an unknown stain underneath a lazyboy chair didn't come totally clean . The quality of the job was not what I expected, so next time I will call a different company that uses a different technique or do it myself,

I purchased the deal through Angies list. I waited several months and then called them to schedule. They were very responsive and scheduled very quickly and at a time that was convenient for me. They arrived on time and were very thorough in their cleaning. They picked up after themselves and I was very happy with the results.
