We have tried to get a settlement for the siding work that was done in 2003. In late 2010, the siding began to rot and there was moisture in our house. We had him over to look at the siding, and he said it wasn't his fault. The siding needs to be replaced because of poor construction around the windows. We spoke this past September and he offered a small settlement, but that wouldn't begin to cover the cost to replace the siding. Since then we've been in discussion with his insurance company to try and get it fixed.
