Landscaping
This contractor did fairly nice work -- regarding the work he actually completed. However, details were left unfinished and he refused to ever come back and complete them once we paid his invoices. He does not stand behind his work if it has trouble. Our patio sunk under the weight of the hot tub and we had to have a concrete slab poured instead. Our retaining walls were not anchored into the hill and began coming apart. Various bricks in the retaining wall caps were found to be loose (never glued) and he made promises to come glue them in place but never did.
Once he left our property with our money in his hand, all professionalism left. He left us angry messages saying never to bother him again -- yet he still owed us work that we had paid for.
Would not recommend him, or at least if you use him, withhold partial payment until you can inspect his work thoroughly and ensure that it will hold up to the intended purpose.
