They were very, VERY slow to return my calls and emails as I was trying to reserve the space.  They could not get the type of soda that I wanted.  When I was caught off-guard by the price they were charging for soda, which was $2.50 for every person, whether that person was consuming the beverages or not, they told me that I knew before I reserved the place how they charged, when I clearly did not.  I had to bring my own trash home to dispose of, or they charge $100.00 extra dollars.  If you want to use their grill, $100 extra dollars.  I had my wedding there, and they charged me $225.00 for soda because I anticipated 90 guests.  When only 54 people showed up to my wedding, they did not give me a refund on any product that was not used, even though he told me a week before the wedding that he would.  I feel like he REALLY overcharged me since fountain pop is very inexpensive.  I think this must be how they make their money, since the actual rental is pretty cheap for the area, only $500 + tax for the day.  After the event, the disappointment continued.  The contract states that they will return our damage deposit within 10 business days, and they did not.  They did not accept responsibility either.  They said that it took a long time for my check to clear the bank, even though my bank statement shows that my check cleared the bank the day BEFORE my event, leaving them plenty of time to return my money.  The location is beautiful, but the experience was so stressful, and filled with so many hidden expenses that I would recommend that no one ever rent this place.
