James, the owner, was on-time and prepared to review the needed work and provided an estimate. I scheduled the work to be done a week later. An employee, of Jim, arrived at exact time agreed upon, asked a few questions and proceeded to lay tarps on the upstairs floors to protect them, unloaded the required materials, supplies and tools. Jim arrived shortly after and the two worked together to finish the work and clean-up. There were no surprises in the final bill.

Their service is fantastic. They are privately owned. The owner comes out personally. We have been very happy with the service. The price has been okay and the quality of the work is good. If we have any problems or questions, they very promptly answer, and the owner will come out when needed.

My furnace and AC were dying and I needed a new one before winter. Jim was fast to respond with an estimate and was recommended to me by a neighbor. He was able to do the install within 2 weeks.
On the day of the install Jim and his crew arrived early and hold the old unit out in no time. They used carpet protectors during the entire process of moving equipment and tools in out of the house. Jim was able to accommodate special requests for running the exhaust for a hot water heater that we had now by-passed with a new 95% efficient furnace that is ducted out the side of the house. Jim's helper is an old-school sheet metal guy that is excellent at making duct work. It looked really nice and professional when they completed the job. The room where the furnace is installed was cleaner that when they came. Two thumbs up! "B" rating for price because he wasn't the lowest, but sometimes it's okay to pay for a top-quality product with good customer service.

I came home Friday afternoon to find my furnace wasn't working. Last time this happened it was the dirty furnace filter that caused the furnace to overheat which turns itself off. I had to call in a repairman who simply hit a reset button. I figured it was the same thing this time so I replaced the filter. I got out the manual and found the reset button but it didn't do anything when pressed. I looked online and found another possible problem. I tried it but no luck so I called in the professionals, Prioirty Heating and Cooling who I found Angie's List. I left a message which James promptly returned. He would've come right over but it was getting late and I didn't need the furnace so we set up another time. James was prompt and quickly found the problem. It was Sunday so he couldn't get the replacement part so he came over Monday morning and replaced it.
The price was very, very reasonable. He didn't charge a minimum for coming out, just based on the hourly rate. I will definitely call him again! Hopefully not for a long time.

He was a very nice man, the job was done in good time, and it was done very well. I was very impressed with them overall, they seemed to know exactly what they were doing. After hearing estiments from several companies, I determined his was the best. The job was cut and dry without a bunch of mucking around, and the price was great as well. I was very happy with the service!

It was a dark and snowy Saturday, the night of the 2010 blizzard. All day we had enjoyed watching the huge 7 foot snow drift in back of our house. As evening approached, the house seemed just a little too cool. After checking the thermostat, we realized the furnace was not working. Then I thought of the huge snow drift. I found our intake and exhaust pipes were 3 feet under snow. I called our furnace repair people. The tech said he was on his 30th call, couldn't get to us til Monday but suggested I try someone local. That's when I phoned James of Priority Heating. He came within two hours, spent about 40 minutes repairing and checking the furnace and was happily on his way. What a nice guy. I would definately call him first if a problem developed in the future.

They came out fast - it was a very very hot day. They found that it was just a blown fuse and dealt with it. I don't remember what I paid or the date exactly - but they are nice people and I would highly recommend them.

James was great. He was very clear about giving us our options regarding various furnace options, and it was not a hard sell at all. He was very punctual and professional, and had a great sense of humor, especially when the company that moved the meter was several hours later than scheduled. He did a great job with everything, and we are very happy with our new furnace. We have recommended this company to several of our friends.

Checked furnace to see if it worked however the furnace was not kicking in and was dripping large amounts of water (old furnace was 25 years old). Called priority to have them try to repair but the serviceman came out and said the cost would be at least $1000 and he could not guarantee CO would not be contained. Scheduled for them to install the new one the next Friday and they came at 8:45 and left at 5:00.

I called late in the afternoon explaining that our furnace was not working and that the house was cold. James was very polite and sympathetic to our situation. He was at our house quickly, within 2 hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem that the vent piping for our furnace was not sloped properly causing condensation to pool in the vent causing the furnace to lock out. He had the job done in 1 hour and was helpful in explaining some maintenance we could do to keep the furnace working more efficiently. The price was very reasonable considering the prompt evening service. We will use this company for future furnace tune ups.

The company was able to send James out quickly to diagnose the problem, despite the fact that they were busy. In fact he arrived at 8:30 pm, after calling first to tell us when he would be arriving. He arrived right when he said he would. James was very friendly and even liked our dogs! He was very professional and was able to patch together our furnace for the weekend even though he needed a new part that he wouldn't have until Monday. When he came back Monday he called first to say what time he would be arriving, and got there right on time. He fixed the furnace quickly and again was very professional and friendly. I would definitely use this company again.
