I gotta say, these guys do not cater to the diy individual who doesn't really know what he's doing. I sat with their sales guy several times as he threw around terms that I didn't know. Once i got the order placed, they were very accommodating for delivery. However the delivery ended up being very inaccurate and we had to run back several times to return/exchange things that were wrong, buy things they excluded from the order, and in some cases go elsewhere because they didn't stock what we needed/had ordered. All that said, i wasn't all that discouraged, the cedar we got was straight and lovely, and their suggestion of using hidden 'camo screws' was completely perfect. I think we paid than if we had went with home depot, however home depot would probably be able to facilitate the needs of diy better.
