We had a few spots water was creeping in, and crown exteriors reassured me they could fix the issue. So far so good if I can make an update on a few years I'll try to make it happen :)

Company rep was congenial and responsive. There were a couple communication issues, but they were addressed and the job was completed satisfactorily.

Owen came to our house to assess our roof and gave us a fair estimate on shingle replacement. He's easy to talk to and understand the process of everything that would take place within the process of the project. The crew headed by Hugo, did the job in 12 hours. Yes, 12 hours! They replaced some OSB sheathing and laid the most beautiful roof. I highly recommend Crown exteriors for any project. Attention to detail and efficiency are hands down the best in the business.

My experience with Crown was nothing short of spectacular. The Sales/Corporate team was friendly and organized. The project manager and installers (Roof, Siding, Gutters) were timely, friendly and proficient. I highly (and have already) recommended Crown.

Do not recommend they were very unprofessional and dont plan on working with them again. Cory was the first person I spoke with which was ok until he left the company just telling me he would pass the job on to somone else I had never met. This new guy I talked with him just a few times but he would not keep me updated and even said he did not know much and could not come to see the house himself even though he was in state. My insurance kept asking for fotos and updates but they would not provide them due to their lack of attention and bad customer service. This got very annoying since its a lot of money for not being able to simply do their job

Crown Exteriors does high quality work, and if there is a problem, they will fix it. I highly recommend them. They did a great job replacing the siding and roof on my house.

Noah Franzen is the most genuine, humble, and patient contractor I have ever worked with. I HATE contractors and was solicited by a number of roofing companies after the hail storm in 2023 and only was willing to work with Noah because I could tell he really wanted what was best for me. Also the roof looks fantastic. Everyone who comes by notices.
