Best Buy

They were an A. They did everything they said they would do. They delivered it and set it up. That is where we usually purchase from.

It came and they hadn't switched the handle around or anything. So it took more time for them to deliver and get it done. We had ordered it to swing a certain way and it came and it wasn't. When the people re-did it, those little plug things you put in, they broke one of them. So, I called and they sent them but they kept sending me the wrong color. It happened like three times. That part is what I am giving them a B on because, it could have been corrected the first time. I would continue to purchase there because it is only a one time problem we have had.

When I went into Best Buy, it took several people to try to find an answer for me. I was told by about 5 different people that they'd be able to help me. I get to the counter at the geek squad department and was going to buy their screen protector and they said they'd be able to put it on. I ended up waiting and waiting only for a rep to come out and tell me they couldn't do it. He ruined both the screen savers I had purchased. Now my phone had no cover or film. They literally threw my phone back at me and said there was nothing they could do for me. Management knew what was going on, but were still unable to help.

I like the convenience, and once I dropped the computer off, they continued to look at it until they realized that it didn't need repairs. We dropped it off, and then they realized that there wasn't anything wrong. It was a good deal to get, it covers 3 computers in a year.
