roof work got done and never saw a supervisor in the three days it took two guys to do the roof of house and garage, but was months later before getting paperwork needed for the building inspector. the shed replacement was a fiasco: tried to charge 1500.00 for a 1400.00 shed that had parts included and partially together to which I said nope not paying that much. Salesman had said HE woudl put it together as HE had done one of the same kind he was recommending to me so knew how it was to be put together. Deal was made to have their guys put it together for half that price which produced poor quality- instructions weren't followed so shed was not put together correctly attitude towards my complaints was a so what attitude it's just a shed. For two months I never got an answer to when is the metal work going to be done other than 'still needs to be scheduled". I cancelled all the metal work including the gutter replacement. These people were recommended by my insurance agent. this was insurance covered work. never again.
