Nicholas Builders LLC was founded in 2013 and is owned by Jim Nicholas and Brandon Nicholas. Together, we founded the business with the goal to provide superior home renovations at a fair price. Brandon and Jim really bailed me out as my father's house needed a lot of work. When they took on the project it was expected to be fairly limited in scope. However, after further review we needed them to do a lot more work than expected. They were busy with other projects at the time but they stepped up and did a great job. Bathroom, flooring, deck, strip paint to remove cigarette smell and repaint and more. This was done over a year ago. The reason for this review was a friend asked for a reference and I thought fondly about how they bailed me out.

I have been a purchasing manager for many years and my first concern is if the people are some one I trust, respect and like. This is certainly an A+ as far as I am concerned, great guys.. The work is outstanding. We did one bathroom and we are quite happy with how it looked and with the process that we decided to have our other bathroom done as well.
