The day of the repairs did NOT turn out anything like we were explained. First, the roll-off was not placed where we previously discussed and it caused damage to the concrete driveway. And at the end of the day after all the employees moved their cars I had several large (18") oil spots throughout our concrete driveway. I called and left a message to Andy to voice my concerns. I did not receive a call back, at about 9:30pm I noticed headlights in the driveway. When I went out Andy was pouring a white paint type chemical on the driveway. I was not informed he was going to do this and it actually made matters worse. I told him to leave and called Stacy. No answer. The next morning we went out to look at the roof. We noticed a lot of damage to the cedar siding on the house, soffit damage, damage to gutters as well as landscaping. I called Stacy again to have him come over so we can discuss the problems. During this time the city building official came to do the final inspection. Which he pointed out several code issues. The building official gave me the "correction notice" and advised me it failed and to contact the contractor. Over the next few days I left several messages for Stacy. He finally came out and we had a list of concerns for him to address.
*Our cedar siding was scratched in several areas due to ladders and them throwing roofing debris down against it.
*All of the gutters were bent and scratched
*The soffits were damaged.
*The shingles in the valley's were all ripped.
*The shingles were cut to short with no overhang over fascia.
*Landscaping damage.
*Damage to concrete driveway.
**Failed inspection due to improper venting and no kick out flashing.
During the conversation Stacy was very argumentative and non-apologetic. I had to explained to him if he didn't correct the problems he wasn't going to get paid and we would hire someone to complete the job, and proceed with legal action against him. He sent out a crew to address some of our concerns. The crew showed up and again more oil leaks on the driveway and they created more damage to siding by sliding their ladders up and down. Neither this crew or the original group of workers spoke or understood English. We were unable to communicate with them and Andy nor Stacy would return our calls. After several messages left, Andy informed me I will need to deal with Stacy. After several months of calling and leaving messages for Stacy. We decided to hire a contractor to make repairs to roof and did not pay the remainder of the balance to Advanced Roofing. Since then we have sold our Oak Grove house and moved to St. Francis.
Now here is the part that really concerns me and the purpose of this review. Stacy, the owner of Advanced Roofing Siding, never made an attempt to correct the damages his company created on our home. But, when he would see my wife at the local store he started out by screaming at her to pay her bill. Then it eventually progressed to insinuating he would do harm to our property if we didn't pay. So we called the police and made a report. They made contact with Stacy and for the next couple months if we seen him he would just walk passed not saying a word. Then one day he saw my wife at the store and started screaming at her calling her several names (ex. Fat F***ing Troll, B*tch...C*nt.. etc) So, we called the police again to file a report. This time we decided to pursue placing a temporary restraining order.
Just recently I saw decals on the side of their trucks stating "Angie's List A+ Rated" I would hope Angie's List will look into this contractor and revise their rating. This person uses intimation and violence to scare women and homeowners. Not only did his company perform horrible work and damage to property. He is a terrible business and customer service provider.
We advise stay AWAY from this contractor!
I will post pictures of damage to house.

Our home had organic shingles and Andy took the time to explain to us how to file a claim against the manufacturer for the class action lawsuit settlement. The other companies we received estimates from did not have a lot of background on this process.
We are happy with the new roof, and we would not hesitate to work with Andy and Advanced Roofing again.
