Got the estimate the same day I contacted them. They came back a week later to clean up the fall leaves. I'm completely satisfied with the job they did. Would hire them again and I would recommend them also.

We agreed on 35, I get a bill for 45,

"I told the customer $35.00 a time, if it was a large snow I would come out every 4". it was a 8" snow. So I went once saving the customer from paying $70.00 total . to paying $10.00 more for a snow bringing his total to $45.00. INSTEAD OF $ 35.00 X 2 = the agreed upon price of $70.00 I thought I was being considerate."

Extremely professional, fast, and observant. I am scheduled for weekly mowing; however, if the lawn hasn't grown much and/or is brown due to the hot weather they will skip the weekly mowing. Their invoice is very detailed noting the exact date the mowing was skipped and the reason. I highly recommend and plan to use their service every year.

I wrote a review for Ecxcellent Lawn Kare before and inadvertently gave it a 1 instead of the 5 I intended. Ron Ketcher and his crew have done Fall Lawn Cleanups for me for the last several years and have done a fabulous job at a great price. I use them every year and would highly recommend them. Very professional and courteous.
