Pro Dry

After the storm on 6/22 I could not find anyone that could come quickly to address our wet basement. I called Gaylen on Monday morning and he and his team were at our home by noon.
Gaylen took extra steps to prevent any potential future mold/mildew problems. After the carpet and pad was completely dried he cleaned and deodorized the entire carpet. Throughout the process he and his team were focused on QUALITY and exceeding our expectations.
Pro Dry has a new customer for life, in cleaning all our carpets and will be the first person called if we have any and quot;wet basementand quot; issues in the furure.

Gaylen and his team did a great job. I am very happy with with my carpet especially for the price. The pet areas came out excellent and the rug and quot;fluffedand quot; up well.

I was buying a foreclosure and wanted the carpets to be cleaned before I moved. I called Gaylen and we set up a time to be right after my closing was done. He was very punctual! Gaylen measured the square footage and gave me an estimate. I used the Angie's List coupon also. Gaylen and Brad worked very h****** the carpet that was very dirty and had quite a few stains. I was very impressed how hard they worked to get all the stains out. When the job was finished Gaylen told me to call him if anything wasn't satisfactory after the carpet dried. I have not had to call him! I will definitely be using Pro Dry again!

I called the company ( Pro Cleaning) and set up an appointment for them to clean the carpet on my new home on 09/11/2012. They were on there on time and start working immediately the crew was very friendly which is a plus they also gave me a discount for getting them through Angie's List. I would deffinately use them again and would recommend them to anyone who asked.

They did a good job on some tough stains (ground in dirt) on our carpet rugs. They suggested turning the rugs to change the wear patterns which was a great idea... They were easy to contact--and were able to provide the services within a much more reasonable time than the other companies contacted. Very reasonable price for all the work done.

They did a nice job. They are very personable and I think they wanted to represent their company by doing a good job. We will probably have to have it done at some point in the future. It's good to have it done more frequently and since it's new I want to keep it clean.

It went great! Called and made an appointment in no time. Stairs and pets favorite spots came-out clean. These are tough spots that other carpet cleaners weren't able to get clean.

They don't use water, they use chemicals instead. They can get out tough stains, they do a great job. You do not have to schedule far in advance. Any time I've called them in the past, they've been able to get me in that week.

We have used this company several times for a variety of jobs. We have a dog who is not well trained so we are constantly dealing with urine stains and smells. The company is run by Gaylen Berg and his business partner Brad. They do the work themselves and are thorough and professional. They are both personable and friendly They are straightforward about what they can and cannot do. They work primarily through referrals and that is how we found them. My wife and I highly recommend them. Note: the price reflects a special 15% anniversary discount they offered earlier in the year.
