I cannot say enough great things about Citywide. I have worked with them a couple of times and every time I am incredibly happy with their work. I am currently going through a MAJOR house renovation. They have been my favorite vendor to work with. They listened to me and patiently worked with me to find a solutions to make hickory floors what I wanted. They turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Everyone that comes in the house is so impressed by the floor. 10 out of 10.

They took extra care to ensure we were satisfied with the floor by providing samples of the finished product prior to installation and making sure we liked the pattern and finish while the floor installation was in progress. They took the time to explain how to care for it going forward.

Citywide Wood Floors are top notch professionals and very cost competitive for highest quality materials and installation. Numerous samples were provided that were hand crafted in their shop and the removal, floor preparation, installation and end product of their work exceeded our expectations. The oak flooring we chose was cut, hand scraped and stained in their shop and then application of the commercial grade satin finish applied on site after installation. The appearance of the floor is amazing and source of compliments from all who visit. Throughout the project, communication was great and the workers were extremely professional and did a great job of dust containment and clean-up.
