Got a quote from the owner Bill, quite competitive and was looking forward to install; however, after repeated attempts to see if they could actually do the work received no response. Also was looking for window trim work which Bill gave to subcontractor named Shane, and he didn’t come through either. Would not work with this company again.

Really nice people to deal with. Estimate was within a few dollars of others. Punctual and efficient. I asked about another window that wasn't sliding properly, it was fixed without additional charge. I would highly recommend.

I searched three names from Angie's List to replace seven window panes at my Apple Valley home. Valleyview responded first. Bill was friendly and professional and gave me a written estimate on the spot. The second estimate from a competitor was $500 more. A third estimate was virtually the same as Valleyview's. I chose Valleyview and left a message for Bill to accept their bid. I got a prompt voice mail back that the windows were ordered, and they would call me as soon as they arrived in 7-10 days. I got a call about 10 days later and install was scheduled for the next day. The two technicians actually arrived early and got right to work. After I noticed them constantly taking their shoes off as they went in and out of the house, I laid some old blankets on the carpet and told them there was no need to keep taking off their shoes. They did anyway. The work took about three hours. Their cleanup was thorough. The guys even shook out and folded the blankets I had put down. The window glass was so clear and pristine that I checked each one twice to make sure there was really glass in the openings. What a change from the old foggy windows.

had appointment for them to come out and give an estimate on replacing a picture window. My wife took the day off and waited, but they no show no called and wouldn't return her message. The next day they showed up in the afternoon, luckily my daughter just got home. Tried getting a hold of them for over a month so we could schedule the work, but no return calls. Horrible customer service.

They were able to find very similar glass and did a great job on installing it. I would definitely use their services again.

We have used Valleyview for years - very happy with their services - once in a while it takes time to hear back from them but this does not impact the quality of their work

We had Valleyview glass out to quote on an installation of a glass shower door based on the recommendation of another Angie's List contractor we were using. Our project was relatively straight forward, installation of a glass shower door and a small adjacent fixed panel. VV provided a price quotation within a few days and scheduled the installation within about a week and a half of their quotation. Installation went smoothly and the finished product is very professional. Would definitely use VV again.

Contacted Bill almost a year and half ago for a quote and he was prompt and professional. Didn't do anything with it until I called Bill back in May of 2012 to say I was ready to move forward. Bill was able to find the original quote and honored it. He ordered the glass and told me he would contact me when it arrives to set up an installation date. Installation was smooth and well done. The only part I didn't like was he didn't call me when it arrived, I had to call him. I consider that a minor point.

The work went very well. I called Valley View up, told them the project schedule for repairing tile and installing the bathroom shower door. They ordered the door and were out to install the door with only 2 or 3 days of notice. They were very professional and did a very nice job installing the new door and caulking it in.

A wonderful experience with a fantastic company. I can't say enough about my experience with them. They were professional, courteous, and extremely tidy. Great job and reasonable.
