In the next two weeks after this we had very little contact with Glenn so we set up another appointment to see where the design plans were at. When Glenn arrived, the only drawing he had was a scaled drawing of our yard that did not even include the existing trees & plants. He sketched out some ideas & said that he would get back to us with the palns. In the last 6 weeks, we have contacted Glenn multiple times & finally requested a refund of the design fee. It took 3 phone calls & an email message before Glenn responded to say he would send us a check. It has been over two weeks & no sign of the check. We are extremely disappointed with the experience overall.

LANDSCAPER VISITED AUGUST 03. TREES TO BE PLANTED & LANDSCAPE PLAN DRAWN. SAID WE WOULD HAVE A SKETCH IN A WEEK OR SO, THEN WE WOULD GET TREES PLANTED. START FINAL PLAN FOR REST OF YARD. NEVER PROVIDED SKETCH, RETURNED MY MAIL, OR PHONE CALLS. BY NOVEMBER I HAD TO THREATEN SMALL CLAIMS COURT FOR MY $99.00 TO BE REFUNDED. AWFULL!!
