 + -1 moreThey were fantastic. They arrived on time every day. The crew was always clean, both in dress and speech. The smallest detail was attended to, even a few that couldn't be accomplished until spring, five months after they finished 99% of the work. The work came in exactly per the estimate, which was extremely reasonable compared to the other four bids I received. Without my asking for it, they went way "above and beyond." In order to accommodate the start of our homeschooling year, they doubled the crew to strip, re-side, and deal with the windows in 5 1/2 working days so that the majority of the noise and mess was over before we started school. I remain astonished by their consideration. Olson Brothers Construction made the best of an awful situation. Their work appears to be of the highest quality, and their integrity is of a caliber rarely seen anymore. I can't recommend them highly enough.
Description of Work: Olson Brothers repaired our house after water intrusion. They stripped and resided the house with fiber-cement board; repaired rotted substrate; rewrapped the house; removed, reflashed, caulked and reset every window. In addition, we had some repairs done, including putting a new deck railing on our deck; stabilizing the deck with more supports; and adding gutters and drain pipes, among other things.
