Great!! We have used Mike in the past and have always been pleased with him and the quality of his work. This time it was not scheduled, we just lost electricity in the one area in our house. I sent him and email and told him I would be home that afternoon, he responded right back and said when he'd be there and...he was prompt and on time. Diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in about 15 minutes.
