Kathryn Jamison was our agent in helping us to purchase our current home in Northfield. She was absolutely fabulous. Her knowledge of Northfield is stunning: she knows a considerable amount about the neighborhoods, and even about individual houses in the area. She was really good about finding houses for us to look at that fit our needs (she listened well!), and in some cases to find houses that weren't quite listed yet in the MLS listings. She seemed to have endless patience as we looked at houses over a period of time (while our current home waited to sell), and showed no effort to steer us toward houses that cost more. She was even willing and happy to bring us back to the same houses, sometimes for a third visit. We were really happy with her service, and would recommend her to anyone. Were we looking to buy another home nearby (hopefully we're not moving anytime soon), we would use Kathryn without question.
