They first came out to do an estimate and made great recommendations.  The quote was within our budget and we scheduled the service to start two weeks later.  The crew of three completed the job in two days.  They were fantastic to work with.  They quality of the materials and work were outstanding.  They were meticulous and we have gotten many compliments on our new deck.  I would recommend them to anyone as I was super impressed with them.

We can't say enough good things about Cold Creek Construction.  During our first meeting with Paul Wagner, he immediately put us at ease and offered great suggestions.  We thought we knew what we wanted, but after listening to some of Pauls suggestions, we knew he was the right person to take on our project.  Plus, his estimate was way under the next closest bid.  They started by building a "maintenance free" deck which extended over to our back door (Paul's suggestion) thus eliminating a back step that was becoming increasingly hard to use.  The deck is now the envy of the neighborhood and is maintenance free.  The only thing we have to do is enjoy it.  They then removed a window and installed sliding patio doors.  The amount of light this allows into out dining area is fantastic.  The next project was the downstairs bath where everything was removed and replaced new. (floor, shower, vanity, mirror, lights,etc.)  It has never looked so good.  The next project was remove everything in the upstairs bath down to the studs, including the bathtub.  Paul and his team literally built a new bathroom which includes a tiled walk-in shower, tile floor, custom shower doors, marble vanity, etc.  We are so pleased with outcome, we can't stop smiling.  Everyone that sees it says the same thing "unbelievable"!!!!.  Paul and his "team" of plummers, electrician, painter, tile guy, etc. are first class.  We would not hesitate to recommend or invite any of them into our home.   They are all careing, proffesional, and talented individuals.
