Initially, we didn't know for sure what could be done to replace/repair the items that we wanted. John was tremendously helpful in giving advice about the best materials to use that also fit within our budget. He was prompt in all his communications related to estimates, start date, completion date. Though our house proved to be a little quirky in spots, John and his crew were able to overcome the oddities to produce fantastic results. John is meticulous about his work and went above and beyond our expectations to get the job done. One example of going above and beyond was matching our paint color on the wall with the french doors. The paint job was over 4 year old and had faded some over time. John literally spent hours at the paint store attempting to match the paint and eventually succeeded. I believe most other contractors would have given up after 1 or 2 attempts, but John didn't and the results were great. The deliverables of the project are outstanding. We were so happy with the results that we immediately booked John and crew to do a remodeling job on two rooms in our cabin in northwest Wisconsin.

John was very thorough and provided a nice, detailed estimate which gave an estimated price for each individual task. His work was also thorough and nicely done. He was always respectful of our home. He arrived on time and looked at the projects inside and outside our home. He provided verbal estimates on site and then a written estimate over email. Communication was clear and timely. His estimates were very fair, and he allowed for us to provide our own materials to save on our costs.
