They were both wonderful!! Very pleased with their punctuality, service and kindness. Our dogs loved them too and that's always a good indicator of character. I would definitely use them again. The price wasn't bargain basement, but was affordable and worth the security and quality.

They were very good. They were very clean. They were dressed very well and were very professional. They wore covers on their boots. The price wasn't completely outrageous. They were very responsive.

Gary the plumber was quick to arrive on Saturday evening after supper (when several other local companies wouldn’t come out). He was reassuring, careful and thorough. The emergency call cost seemed a bit high ($189.00 plus price of work) but was well worth it!

We had them come unclog our basement drain, their service lasted less than three weeks and the drain was clogged again. When I called and explained that the drain was clogged again I was told they could come back and look at it again for another service fee, but otherwise they couldn`t do anything further. I was very disapointed in their service and would never use them again. We used B and B Sewer and Drain to unclog the drain AGAIN, they were over half the cost of Ben Franklin and the drain has been fine ever since (7 months).

They are on Angie's List. They are punctual. It's like other companies and it depends on who comes. They do good work, but they are pricey. Their punctuality is good because if they come late, they give it to people for free.
