It went well

HORRIBLE - this is the worst company I've ever worked with. The company wouldn't show up for weeks and then out of the blue would show up and drop off materials, DIG LARGE HOLES, or do other work with no notice or information. Contract with this company was signed in March and the work wasn't complete until mid August. We've had significant issues with the work site being unstable (large sink holes) only to be told that this company is not a landscape company. The owner absolutely refused to work with my wife. She would call and leave messages for him only to have him call me back. On the occasion he showed up at our house and talked to my wife, she indicated he was rude and told her he'd just wait and talk to me. Once the owner had enough - he indicated he would just come to our house and dig out the septic system rather than continue to wait for us to pay him for a job half done. He indicated that the system was "functional" and therefore the work was complete. If you want a company that does half a job, on their schedule and has NO concerns for your property -- this is the company for you.

Tom was super helpful. He came over with the buyer and explained everything prior to the buyer releasing inspection. He was not condescending dealing with a young woman homeowner as the seller (with lots of questions). He took the time to gladly go above and beyond what he needed to do as part of what he was paid for. I feel their prices are very fair and he is very up front about the costs and values of his services. Highly recommended.

Tom did an excellent job of designing the system, and was actively involved as it was installed. We enjoyed working with him, and appreciate his attention to detail. This was a difficult lot to work with, but he kept with it until he found a good solution for our site. Tom worked with the County to obtain permits, and address issues.
