he did not follow the Minnesota's renters rights the entire time that we lived in his rental apartment. It was infested with mice, only half of the windows in the apartment close all the way and the rest leak air so in the winter it was freezing in the apartment. the heat is electric radiant heat so it's expensive as ****, especially since half the windows leak. The landlord just showed up whenever he wanted without any notice at all, they are supposed to give 24 hour written notice unless it's an emergencey. He said we were not allowed to have company at the apartment and if we did and the parked in the back parking area he would have their car towed. He is a terrible landlord.
