Generally, the workmanship was good.  There was some misunderstanding.  The sidewalk came up from the stoop.  I was a little surprised because I thought he had caulked that in.  He came back and fixed that.  There was a little chip out of the piece he put in, but I'm not sure if that was a workmanship issue.  He came back to fix it, so I'm okay with the service.  The price was reasonable.  They were friendly and professional.

I HAD TO CALL THEM SEVERAL TIMES DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A BID, THEN HAD TO CALL THEM IN ORDER TO GET THEM TO COME OUT TO DO THE WORK. I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY CONSUMERS WOULD DO THIS IN ORDER TO SPEND THEIR MONEY.
