Dan Peterson - Edina Realty Inc.

Dan was very friendly to work with. When I found a cabin on Edina realty's website that I was interested in seeing, Dan would schedule the showing and meet me at the property. I had a large area of interest and Dan was willing to spend a lot of time in the car to show me the properties. Dan was not pushy when I looked at the property and easily accepted by decision on whether or not to make an offer. Once I found the property I wanted to buy Dan put in my offer and counter offer until we had a deal. Dan was very helpful after the offer was accepted to ensure the sellers were on track to complete the inspections and remove there belongings so we could close when I wanted to. One difference in working with Dan compared to other realtors I have worked with is that Dan did not search for listings on my behalf. I found the properties I was interested in and contacted him for the showing. Dan is flexible so if you needed this service I think he could accommodate you. Similarly, I did the research on the area and details of the property listing where as other realtors may do this for their clients.
