Miller Floor Covering

I've hired Glenn Miller on 3 separate occasions to install carpet. 2 bedrooms and 1 set of stairs. He was very knowledgeable. The stairs are a custom built set that each tread and riser are slightly different. He handled that challenge well. His price was very reasonable and there were no surprises. He was pleasant to deal with. He cleaned up after he was done. It's been about 7 years (6-16-09) since he installed the carpet in the 1st bedroom and it still looks great. No problems with seams coming apart or anything. The other 2 projects were a few years after, I don't remember dates of those. He knows what he's doing and does quality work at a reasonable price.

It was great! I think that because there was a family element to it that the person who helped us in the warehouse seemed to really know what he was talking about. He is part of the family and he is well trained. The people who installed it were a different crew but they knew what they were doing. Their price was very fair. We just had gotten bundles of carpet and they had some that were sort of leftover rolls and they had to find some that would exactly work for us for a slightly lesser price. They were really good.

Both men on the job were very efficient and professional with their work. They were prompt and continued to be very thorough with the quality of work they did from the beginning to the end. Both of them checked in with us many times to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. When it came time to put the molding back on the floor, they were unhappy with the molding that had been there and replaced it with a much better quality to make the rooms look much better. We were very pleased with the way they progressed with the job and had a job plan set up for each day they were with us.
