While we had been talking about replacing the system for the past two years, we waited until the old air conditioner gave out. It's a 19 year old house. Joe, the owner of the company, is an easy-going salesman. I appreciated that he asked various questions, trying to find out our needs and preferences, rather than merely "selling" to us. We went high-end, including the heat pump and air exchanger. The heat pump helps reduce natural gas usage, and the air exchanger keeps the indoor air fresher. The installers did a great job, spending two long days on this job. Excellent workmanship on the connecting sheet metal. We've needed Joe to make two follow-up visits to get things adjusted properly, going into the heating season. He did those visits at no charge. I'm pleased.

Xceptional did a great job moving our furnace and air conditioner, and installing all of the new duct work. Our house has vaulted ceilings, and they were able to balance the air flow very well so we have a comfortable heating and A/C system. I would recommend them.
