I CALLED AND EXPLAINED THAT THE UNIT HAD A CRACKED LIQUID LINE FLARE NUT WHICH NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, AND THEN THE SYSTEM RECHARGED. SHE ARRANGED FOR JOE TO CALL ME BACK TO DISCUSS. WHEN HE CALLED BACK WE WENT OVER THE PROBLEM AND WHAT WOULD BE LIKELY REQUIRED TO FIX IT. AFTER CHECKING TO MAKE SURE HE HAD THE NUT, WE ARRANGED FOR TOM TO COME OUT THE NEXT MORNING. HE ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME, REPLACED THE NUT, BRAISED THE COPPER LINE, EVACUATED AND RECHARGED THE SYSTEM. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS, AND TOOK HIS TIME TO DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. PLUS, THE COST FOR THE WORK WAS HALF OF ONE OF THEIR LARGER COMPETITORS. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR A/C REPAIRS.

I CALLED TO HAVE SOMEONE COME OUT TO GIVE MY HUSBAND AND ME AN ESTIMATE ON INSTALLING CENTRAL AIR. TED ARRIVED PROMPTLY AT 8 AM ON A MONDAY. HE DID THE ESTIMATE TWO WAYS, WITH & WITHOUT A NEW FURNACE. HE TOLD US TO THINK ABOUT IT AND CALL HIM WITH QUESTIONS. WE CALLED, HE ANSWERED, WE HIRED. I CALLED THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF THE RATING THEY HAVE ON ANGIES LIST. THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE USING A COMPANY FROM THIS LIST. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. EVERYTHING WRITTEN ABOUT THEM WAS TRUE. FROM THE FIRST TIME I CALLED THEM ALL THE WAY THROUGH INSTALLATION, I *FELT* LIKE THEY WERE HONEST AND *KNEW* THEY WERE PATIENT. VERY PROFESSIONAL FROM THE PERSON ANSWERING THE PHONE (PAULINE?), TO TED, WHO GAVE US THE ESTIMATE, TO THE GUYS WHO DID THE INSTALLATION (SHANE AND TONY). THEY DIDN'T LEAVE A MESS WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED, THEY GOT THE JOB DONE IN THE TIME ESTIMATED AND THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO US. A VERY EASY TEAM TO DO BUSINESS WITH, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

SERVICE PERSON WAS A LITTLE LATE DUE TO RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC (MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 4 P.M., SO THIS WAS VERY UNDERSTANDABLE AND NOT A PROBLEM FOR ME). ALL THE WORK WAS COMPLETED WITHIN 45-60 MINUTES. THIS IS MY THIRD EXPERIENCE WITH VOLLHABER IN THE LAST 2 YEARS, AND I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK AND WITH THE SERVICE PEOPLE THEY SEND OUT. THEY ARE MY FIRST CHOICE FOR ANY HEATING OR A/C ISSUE.

VERY PROFESSIONAL, SUPPLIED HIGH END EFFICIENCY TRANE PRODUCTS WHICH CONTRIBUTED TO THE HIGHER PRICE. THEY PERFORMED EXACTLY AS I REQUESTED, INCLUDING DUCT PLACEMENT. I NEEDED A PAUSE IN THE WORK, AND THEY WERE VERY PATIENT AND FLEXIBLE IN ACCOMMODATING MY SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS. VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND ATTENTION TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

SERVICE IS PROFESSIONAL AND REASONABLY PRICED. THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL, AND THE NEVER DO ANYTHING THAT DOESN'T NEED DOING. NORMAL CLEANING IS $99 THEY CHARGED $150 FOR TWO FURNACES.

THE FEE TO DIAGNOSE WAS APPROXIMATELY $60. WE ALSO DECIDED TO HAVE THEM CLEAN & SERVICE OUR FURNACE FOR THE WINTER, A $99.95 CHARGE. TOM FOUND NOTHING WRONG WITH THE AC AND DID NOT CHARGE US THE FEE FOR DIAGNOSIS. THEY SCHEDULED US PROMPTLY AND ARRIVED ON TIME. COURTEOUS AND RELIABLE SERVICE.

I THOUGHT PRICES WERE HIGH. IT TOOK ABOUT 3 WEEKS FOR THEM TO GET US IN THEIR SCHEDULE FOR A NEW FURNACE ... WE COULDN''T RUN THE OLD ONE AT NIGHT (DUE TO DANGEROUS CM LEVELS) ... IT GOT PRETTY COLD IN EARLY/MID NOVEMBER FOR NO FURNACE AT NIGHT! ONCE INSTALLED, THE FIRST NIGHT THE FURNACE STOPPED. WOKE UP TO A COLD HOUSE. IT WAS A SATURDAY, I CALLED AND THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY CAME OUT, AND IMMEDIATELY FIXED THE PROBLEM (THE INSTALLER HAD MADE AN ERROR WITH THE HUMIDIFIER). THE PRES. WAS VERY NICE, AND EXPLAINED THE FURNACE OPERATION FULLY. VERY GOOD SERVICE FROM HIM.
