We didn’t end up paying anything for their insurance covered everything. They were originally going to replace half of the roof but they couldn’t match the shingles so the insurance company paid the whole thing. It was really sizable. What stood out the most about them was that they were local and I have seen a number of properties that they had actually worked on. I try to stay local as much as I can.

After receiving multiple bids and meeting with various project managers from multiple roofing companies, we decided to go with Ryan Roofing. Our project manager was enthusiastic, reasonable, organized and experienced. We got the impression he was giving us straight and honest information and advice.
We stayed in touch through a rainy period, effectively getting a reschedule worked out with minimal effort. The job started exactly on time and the crew and our project manager were on site all day. Hard working, attention to detail and doing things right. It was a fair price for a job well done. We'd recommend Ryan Roofing any day. The roof looks excellent, and the house protected for years to come.
