When we came back from the lake yesterday, it was all clean, and so they must have come out within the last few days. I don't know if I would recommend him, because last fall, his people who worked with him killed our grass. We had just asked them to do edging and mowing. He did tell us to go a couple of block from where we live, which he had also messed up, but is green and beautiful now. We are putting the irrigation system and he will do it the seeding after that. I recommended him to somebody about a year ago, but I don't know how that worked out. He has offered to do the seeding free.

I've had a monthly contract with Chris for ten years. In addition to monthly service I have also used CC for aeration, fertilization, weed control, spring and fall cleanup, gutter cleaning, tree trimming, and had them plant a couple of trees. In ten years of excellent service I have had only a couple of minor issues and they took care of them immediately. I have found them to be reasonably priced, easy to work with, and quick to respond.

We contacted CC Lawn and Snow to help us with plowing our driveway this winter. We found Chris and his crew to be professional, courtious and perform exceptional work. When contacted Chris delivered as promised, on time and met our needs completely. We will recommend CC Lawn and Snow to anyone looking for a snow plowing service. Thanks, guys.

Declining quality of service until finally they just stopped showing up. Snow service was billed but CC Lawn and Snow stopped showing up, when Chris was contacted regarding the problem he promised to send someone right over, no one came, snow and ice remained and City of St. Paul received complaints from the neighbors. Chris was again notified of the problem but became verbally abusive and used profane laungage.
CC Lawn and Snow also had ongoing billing difficulties, on two different occasions we received collection calls from Chris, both times required producing photo copies on a years worth of checks to prove timely payment.

"There are two sides to every story you've heard theirs, this is ours....first off let me state, they have been our customer twice. They left and came back, unusual for someone who doesn't like the job we do. We have made a few changes this last year and unfortunately this account got lost in the shuffle a little. We changed our billing system and we've had to train in new plow drivers, who accidentally forgot to do one of their properties to which Chris promptly went out personally and fixed. So we refunded their money for that property for that month and terminated our month to month contract with them. This customer was never satisfied with anything, and we should not have taken them back, hind sight is 20/20. They tried to blackmail us, even though we did the job and refunded their money. Then proceeded to slander us in this forum. To conclude, we are moving on from this negativity and hope that Member will too. We wish them the best. Sincerely- Amanda with CC Lawn and Snow"
