I made personal visits and calls to several area contactors and got no bids or return calls from any of them. I heard of Tim's through a friend at work and called him on a Tuesday afternoon. He came to my home on Tuesday evening and looked at my units and gave me a written estimate. I did a little more checking around and found his bid to be very good. I called him on Thursday the same week and confirmed my order. They arrived Tuesday, one week after initial bid and started install. They completed install Wednesday afternoon before I got home from work. I called Tim's that same "night" to get some programing assistance, they picked up and walked me through the process. Great guys, I would definetly recomend them.
