After buying a 40-year-old house and having water leak issues, we hired TR Exteriors to fix our roof. Tim diagnosed the issue, explained what the probable causes were, discussed the options for resolving them, and prepared a quote that detailed each of the project’s components – with both the expected costs and the possible costs (depending on what they found when they removed the old shingles). Tim was absolutely wonderful to work with and answered our many questions with professionalism and patience. The project manager, Ben, and his hard-working crew were fantastic! They did an amazing job…they rolled with the many surprises that were encountered (as well as thunderstorms) and worked together so efficiently. They clearly took great pride in the quality of their work – and took care of our house and yard as if it was their own. Tim the owner was amazing! H.S. worked tirelessly with our insurance agent to get our damaged windows replaced and did our roof as well . The work was perfect! Our windows are amazing and his team was neat Very friendly and punctual. We will use him again this summer for a new patio door! It’s tough to find such a honest and ethical man but Tim is one for sure ?

From the initial bid to the completion, TR Exteriors was great to work with! Tim was very responsive to any questions we had and was patient and professional (we were working with our insurance company for the replacement). The crew that did the work was prompt and very hard working, paying attention to the small details. We are extremely pleased with this project from start to finish and happy to recommend them!

They were nice to work with and did a really good job. It took 2 and a half days. They did get some oil on some siding but they came out and washed it. They were very responsive. The next they were out to take care of it. they did say, if I wasn't happy with it that they would come out to paint.They were really easy to work with, not a whole lot of inconvenience. Sometimes with a big project like that it an be a pain. It went smoothly. It looks really good. They cleaned up really well. We didn't notice anything. They had huge magnet that they went through along with and picked up all the nails. I have notice anything left behind or any remnants. Whatever they use is like really strong.

Great job by Tim and his crew. Tim took extra time to review things with me, and was very responsive. He and his team went above and beyond and even helped fix a couple of other issues. Very professional. Would definitely hire him again.

I have small rambler that was invaded by a friendly group of woodpeckers who were determined to take up residence in my walls by entering through the convenient doors they created in my cedar shakes. After a year or two of filling the wood peckers new humble abode with spray foam I finally figured something needed to be done. I received a few different quotes to get the project done (actually, I shopped the heck out of it). I wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with the price and the service, and the product that was going to be installed. Tim from TR Exteriors came over to look at my problems with the unpaid residence trying to live in my walls and found them to be equally unwelcome. He spent about the right amount of time discussing the different types of solutions that we could do to resolve the issues. I decided to go with the Chamberlain Oak vinyl siding and sprinted an extra few hundred dollars to get the thicker stuff. I did not feel pressured to go with the thicker siding or go with any other upgrades I chose which was a welcoming feeling. Tim explained the products to me and left me with the book to make the decisions. Tim came in with a very competitive price, the price was about 5900 for my rambler which is about 1000 square foot. I did shortcut on my gables by leaving the existing aluminum up which and it looks real nice. Tim was within a few hundred dollars of everyone else who placed reasonable bids. Tim and his crew were very friendly throughout the whole installation and worked hard to get the project done, and done right. I appreciate the few extra pieces of siding they left that I threw in my attic just in case a dreaded storm comes through as well. My family is now asking for Tim’s contact information and I am more than happy to share Tim’s info with them, although there are a big group of woodpeckers that are quite busy looking for a new home.

Project went very well (despite a couple of rainy days) ambitious  good crew of workers, after each day they cleaned up around the house - final day appearance was like nothing happened.

Tim's work speaks for itself.  I had the work done 2 1/2 years ago and everything still looks great!  I have referred TR Exteriors to several neighbors and friends and every time they have exceeded expectations. For example, when they removed the damaged vinyl siding they found some rotten wood and quickly fixed it all and still finished on schedule.
