Installation of range hood went well; it looks good and works very well. Ditto with installation of the under-cabinet lighting. One bedroom ceiling fan works well. The second bedroom ceiling fan (wiring already in place in ceiling) and the living room fan (no wiring in ceiling, runs via remote) were programmed so that when one is turned on, the other one also turns on. Same issue with the lighting and fan speeds. NOT the way it's supposed to be. The fans installed in the kitchen and office area (wiring in place in ceilings prior to installation of fans) both have issues with the lights--they flash off and on sporadically when the lights are turned on from the wall switches. We have contacted Stasney and the first time they said they would send someone out to fix the problems. No one came out. The second time we spoke to them, they said they no longer guarantee their work on fans and, if we want them to fix it, we need to pay for a service call. I am very dissatisfied with their response. In their favor, they were prompt, courteous, and had to work with wonky wiring in our 40-year-old house (some of the wiring was installed by previous homeowner and was not done correctly); however, we are left with lighting that doesn't stay on and two fans that seem to be wired together. We just want it resolved.
