 + -1 moreOverall, it was fine. He called me when he said he would and the work was completed on time.
Description of Work: I had a malfunctioning Washer and Dryer in a up down duplex. the water leaked from upstairs in the bathroom on the main level, throughout the kitchen on the main level. We needed a new kitchen with everything, floors, cabinets, counter, ceiling, bathroom shower stall, bathroom walls and bathroom ceiling. there was water everywhere! Mike Larson came in, coordinated with the current tenatns in both units and performed the work on time within 7 days! It took some coordination for the work to be done, but it got done and my tenants were thrilled with the work completed.
