Terry gave me an estimate. I got another estimate that was twice as much. Set the appointment up for two weeks. Loaner car was offered.

I stopped by store to see how much repair would cost and length of time required to be with out a car. I asked if I could use a loaner car. Normally they do not offer loaner cars, but I was offered his family car. Late model Cadilac. Estimated repair time was two days.
The car was finished in 1.5 days. I detailed the Cadilac while I had it. He took $35.00 off the repair price.
