Maximum Tree called by our house and by chance, we knew we had to get the trees in order so the timing was fortuitous. We weren't quite ready to get started and felt ever-so-slightly pestered by the repeat callbacks over the following couple of weeks, but at all times the guys canvassing for work were friendly and polite. When we were ready to go, they got started almost immediately.
Max clearly explained the work that needed to be done, marking and pointing out the trees that either needed felling or trimming. He listened very closely to our requests and accommodated them - for example, we wanted to save lots of the wood for our wood-burning stove, and he had his crew not only cut it up into manageable pieces, but also stack the wood for us! The crew themselves were friendly and always available to explain what they were doing. It was a bit weird having five blokes walking around our garden for two days, but they were really courteous and a pleasure to be around.
I'll be hiring Max's team again and recommending them to whoever will listen. They already picked up two additional jobs with my immediate neighbours!
