They did extra stuff that wasn't in the bid. They just kept trimming a little bit to make t look better. Now they have a coupon out that we want to use. They did a really good job. They were real nice and the cleaned up well. We used them because we learned that they were experienced. What I liked is they were neat and clean and they got it all done. They trimmed a few extra branches that were not in the bid, so they went above and beyond, and by doing that they know that people would call them back.

A previous tree service I had contacted failed to come and do the work after they had promised, 3 times. I used Angies List to locate and contact Crow's Nest. We met and an estimate was provided and they agreed to do the work by the end of Oct. They came as promised, work was done, wood and branches were cleaned up. Only a bit of sawdust on the grass to show that they had been here. Pleased with the work.

Excellent work. There was not a twig on the ground to pick up and the trimmed trees look much better. The ground where the tree was cut down is nice and smooth. They came promptly to give an estimate and came within 2 weeks as promised. They also removed all the debris.
