I called the company on the phone to describe my item to see about the options for engraving. The staff was helpful and went through my options for the item. They were open later one weekday, which was very helpful since I work typical business hours. When I brought the item in, I was helped to chose font sizes and styles.
When the item was finished, I was called to pick it up and even had a reminder call the week of the wedding for the item.
The item turned out well as a personalized gift!
