This location of Precision Tune has the feel of a small town service station where people care about the work they do and the people they service. I called in this am asking if they would have time to do 3000 mile oil change and check on why the engine was overheating on my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Not only did they make time for me today to get the work done. They were kind enough to drive both me and my service dog, a Great Dane, home plus pick me up when the car was finished. We both are treated with respect and politeness.
I was called when the inspection was done and the problem found. The manager called me, told me what the problem was--the relay switch on the Jeep's fan had broken and needed to be replaced. He also described what needed to be done --the bumper and part of the front of the car needed to be taken off to replace the switch. All of this was done along with the oil change and my pick up within 2 hrs. of the notification of the repairs needed and the estimate.
Pricing wise, the bill at this Precision Tune location was slightly lower than estimates I had received from other shops in the area. Fong did an excellent job of fixing the car.
To add to the personal touch, my service dog had lost one of his tags in the transport vehicle. The manager called me to let me know they had the tag and they would hang on to it for me until I could pick it up.
In summation, I would highly recommend this Precision Tune location. Their pricing is reasonable and very competitive They are professional, thorough, knowledgeable, yet still give that degree of kindness and personal attention you would expect in a small town shop.
