Fall cleanup is now not only leaves but equals blowing all the new mulch out of our gardens (even when asked to be careful), not cleaning into lot line edge as asked and equipment tearing up our front yard when they come even though soil and grass are wet; the past 2 springs we've had to re-seed these areas. I'm not a fan anymore as I once was. The crew is getting careless and price nearly double in 5 years to well over 700 for fall cleanup! I don't like paying for the shiny new equipment. We're looking for new company.

The shrubs were fine, but they mowed the lawn and left spin out marks all over the place while we had a for sale sign in the front yard.  I would have been mad if I wasn't trying to sell the house, but come on, really?  The lawn was perfect before they arrived. The response I received was "give it a week". It's been a month and the spin out marks are not gone.  They screwed up the easiest part of the job.
Here's the latest response.
Now that you have calmed down, did the areas fill in?  If not, we can resolve the problem very easily....

Hello?  Forsale sign in the front yard, and why should there be spin out marks in the first place.  I'm not one to comment publicly on these types off things, but this is the second issue I've had with this company.  I will not recommend  them to anyone that I know.

After the City of Plymouth put in a patch of grass at the bottom of a hillside behind our house, it was impossible to get a lawnmower down the hill to cut it. There was no grass there before. We ended up hiring Kenlawn just to do this as we had seen them in the neighborhood doing other neighbor's entire lawncare. We appreciate the fact they were willing to do this small job as many services probably wouldn't bother unless you sign on for an entire lawn service. We didn't need a front lawn service as we mostly have woods with just a small patch of grass in front and the one in the back below the steep hillside. They have always done a great job and are friendly and efficient.

Excellent work: reliable, professional, completes lawncare weekly; completes both Fall and Spring clean-up; trims hedge and bushes. I highly recommend them. Over the past five years the work had not been up to their usual standards just twice. I called, and they came out and re-did the lawncare the following day. Truly customer service oriented.

They were always prompt--finishing the plowing well before we needed to depart for work. Our contract also included return visits if we received additional inch or more of snow. They always came and took care of it. Made a very snowy winter bearable. We never had to follow up with a call to find out how long we'd have to wait for them. Often they came before we were even awake.

Cut as needed starting in late summer 2013. It is a very small section but we needed help there.
